Sacred Art
October 8, 2009
I love having Sacred Art in my home. Vibrationally, it uplifts your life and the space you live in. Therefore, Sacred Art imbues a space with its healing, attributes of love, joy and grace. I love pictures, paintings, textiles and especially three-dimensional art. It brings color and joy to your spaces. These subjects not only give a rich texture to your home but to your inner life. I love sacred art scattered throughout my home, but you may prefer to create your own “sanctuary” or sacred space within your home.

Spanish Colonial Christian Carvings – Southwestern
In terms of Southwestern art, I am especially fond of the combination of the Spanish Colonial art and folk art styles of retablos and santos figures, etc., combined with Native American art. It is beautiful, traditional and provides a rich tapestry of the various cultural themes of New Mexico.
