Although I do remote crystal attunement sessions, I see many clients for a physical sessions. I establish energy flow by supportive and healing touch in the form of cradling the head, working on reflex points, laying my hands on their heads and bodies. This establishes energy flow as I mentioned, but the value of healing touch goes beyond the initiation of energy flow. It has been found to be an inherent factor in stress relief and in establishing healthy neural patterns, healthy immune response patterns and promotes thriving in newborns. There have been many studies done regarding stress levels going down with the use of touch but now scientists have recognized that our genetics is actually effected by early patterns of nurturing touch. While we all have individual unique genetic propensities, scientists have often questioned why a particular gene turns on or off which has been found to be a factor in many disease processes . Now, scientists have found that a mother rat’s nurturing touch actually provides the newborn rat strength in coping for its developing nervous and immune systems.  A nurtured baby seems to have more resilience, less anxiety and greater coping skills to stressors in the environment.

This is important because stress is a factor which can actually turn on genes that can later cause nervous or immune reactions, setting the newborn up for a variety of disease processes in later life. This is the field of “epigenetics“. Simply said, nurturing touch is even more of a requisite for health than once thought!

Light and Sound are the most fundamental of all creative forces. In the Bible, when God created the Universe He said “Let there be Light and there was Light!” As He created our Beautiful Planet Earth he created her body from the elements of the universe.  He created the mineral kingdom first. Therefore, crystals and minerals represent the most pure and potent  form of Spiritual Light known on Planet Earth!

Crystal energy attunement sessions are “Sound and Light” sessions. Clients are able to integrate what is going on in their life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes I have struggled with putting into words the “value” of these sessions. I have come to realize that it is because our culture has not combined the aesthetics of Love and Beauty into our mainstream healing paradigm .

These Crystal Energy sessions attune the human heart with the Divine Heart, the human mind with the Divine Mind, and the human will with Divine Will. The ancients knew the value of aesthetics, ideal form and beauty, and the reflection of these Spiritual ideals  into our physical life.

These are necessary and essential components for healing and represent the future of healing.

For months now I have felt like I’m cramming for Ascension!
Our Mother Earth’s core is speeding up and it’s causing time to feel speeded up, or slowing down–like we are bendingtime and we can also slow things down. Interesting synchronicities are happening. For awhile I was seeing 11:11 every time I looked at my digital clock. Then it was the month and day of my birth, and recently it’s been 10:10 which coincides with important timing for the energetic grid around our planet to become more highly activated. Here are two examples of what I mean. One is that I was seeing a client and wanted to do a lot of different therapies and did not think we had enough time for it all. But I just relaxed, took some deep breaths and flowed through the session. I accomplished everything I wanted to do and we ended half an hour earlier than I had expected the session to take! Another example is thinking I was going to be late for an appointment because I was leaving later than expected. I again, just relaxed, slowed down and continued on my way with no stress and said I will get there when I get there. I ended getting to my destination exactly on time! I think it is important to realize that we need to center ourselves, take some deep breaths and “flow” with the experience and it gets accomplished with the universe’s help.

I am experiencing more and more information “downloads” which looks like reading lots of books, web research, watching lots of youtube videos and media networks to listen to amazing interviews with thought leaders on the subjects of spirituality, consciousness, global systems, sociology, you name it. I’m taking courses in esoteric psychology and sacred sciences of sound and light and dreaming many new dreams of how to support others as we near Ascension. I’m learning even more about indigenous teachings of the Earth and the higher dimensional realms. For me, Ascension is the influx of energies we are experiencing physically in our bodies and on our planet which is prompting evolutionary spiritual and consciousness expansion!

In this Aquarian age the focus will be on co-creation with groups is important as we learn to use knowledge and transmute it into Wisdom  coming from our Heart Centers. I’ve been meeting many new people, joining a few groups. It is fulfilling to be seen, heard and acknowledged as we begin to share our knowledge and wisdom.

All these new energies means more naps, rest times and taking care of our physical bodies  (as well as the various subtle bodies). I spend time in meditation, toning, and breathing! There needs to be time spent in nature and experience the aliveness of our beautiful planet, walks so that ideas percolate forth. More rest is naturally required as we go through these energetic changes…the new energies are upstepping our vibrations and releasing old patterns at the same time. We need time to think about what we really want to create using our positive thoughts to create them.

Attributes of Emerald (Beryl)
Emerald is known as a “stone of successful love”. It is said to provide both sensitivity and loyalty to domestic bliss. It can enhance memory and combines intelligence with discernment necessary for right action. It can open and activate the Heart Chakra and quiet emotions. It brings harmony to all areas in one’s life. It inspires positive actions, and centered practicality in one’s life work. It brings forth unconscious patterns into reflective awareness. Therefore, it is beneficial to the meditative state. It is said to bring beneficial outcomes involving legal affairs. It can be used in treatments of the spine, lungs, heart and muscular system as well as to soothe the eyes. Emerald is a form of beryl and as a crystal, it is prismatic, sometimes vertically striated and characterized by small pyramid-like faces.

Genuine vs. Lab Created Gems
As mentioned before gemstones have properties that imbue electromagnetic fields and like mentioned above particular attributes that help support our physical and our subtle bodies. Because they are crystals many believe that they are considered as being alive. Certainly they grow and have been formed through the interactions of natural forces. They are excellent conductors of electromagnetic energies, can be programmed. It is also true that lab-created gemstones carry the same crystalline matrix but it is my opinion that they are not living because of the fact that they were created and can be considered a clone of an original crystalline matrix. But because these lab created gemstones did not interact with natural forces and tend to “grow” naturally from their parent crystals, they also do not hold the energies inherent to the natural stone. Therefore, I have made a decision to only offer genuine gemstones and other healing stones rather than lab created gemstones. While I think lab created stones  are truly beautiful and it is true they could produce an electromagnetic field, their energies are not as concentrated due to their formation process. Maybe they could be programmed but I do not think they would be able to hold their programming for long, whereas the true gemstone inherently has that capability and is therefore more reliable for this programming integrity and its healing properties.

James Tyberron of Earth-Keeper.com channels Metatron, the archangel who is in charge of all sacred geometry. When I came across Tyberron’s article on “Auric Maintenance” I was very interested. Metatron gives us directions on how to keep our auric electromagnetic field strong in these times of quickening energies as we approach Ascension. The whole earth (Gaia) is being bathed in higher energies from our Sun and likewise our human electromagnetic fields are also being bathed in higher energies. Like a snake, outgrowing its skin and creating a new one, our auras are growing, stretching and becoming stronger to hold more electromagnetic energies. This is a natural process but, sometimes we may actually feel weaker as these changes occur. Karen Bishop from www.EmergingEarthAngels.com talks about the many symptoms we might experience as we go through the influx of higher energies: weight gain, emotional ups and downs, a bit of depression, etc. Our auras are receiving new energies and along with receiving more energy we are also, at the same time,  releasing old energy patterns held in our auras — like old emotional habits and thought patterns that don’t serve us anymore.
Tyberron (Metatron) says being in front of our computers for long periods of time can deplete our electromagnetic fields, and all of our technologies–cell phones, TVs, and especially microwave ovens can deplete our energy fields. Perhaps it’s not a bad idea to heat our food up the old way– in our ovens, toaster ovens and on the stovetop! He mentions that salt lamps and ionizers of all kinds can support our energy fields by supplying more good ions. I put my salt lamp right by my computer.  Taking salt and mineral baths can help amp up our depleted auras. Increasing water consumption and detoxifying with saunas and massage is always good. Smudging with sage clears the aura too. Exercising at least 30 minutes a day can help as we breathe in more oxygen and release more toxins.
When you have to sit in front of a computer for long periods of times he recommends wearing “noble” metals — platinum, palladium and gold are best but silver, copper, brass, titanium and carbon steel are helpful. He says to wear these on our wrists and as necklaces. He says wearing grounding pendants such as lapis lazuli, malachite and azurite are aura-protective.  Now, I am also putting on my bracelets, rings, necklaces and well, I even thought of making a beautiful headband with beading gemstones!  That would be beautiful and I might feel like an Atlantean or Lemurian citizen! ha!
Finally, the wearing of gemstones is particularly helpful.
Tyberron used to be a engineer and geologist and he says a ‘single refractive gem’ of 2 carats or more worn on one hand and 4 carats of a ‘double refractive gem’ on the other helps the auric field.  He goes on to say that single refractive gems are diamond, garnet and spinel.
Double refractive gems are aquamarine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, topaz or quartz varieties such as amethyst, peridot and citrine.
He says not to wear emerald, morganite, alexandrite and aquamarine at the same time as ruby and sapphire.
The wearing of the gemstones are “benevolent conscious generators of force fields that reinforce and fortify ones own electromagnetic field”. In the readings I have given of late, I have noticed a theme emerging–that of the mysteries of women priestesses, references of  priests and rubies have been called for,  the Sirian High Council.  I most wholeheartedly recommend the books by Jesse Ayani which speaks directly about such things.  “The Lineage of the Codes of Light” speaks about sapphires, Ascended Masters, Starseed, priestesses, and the feminine mysteries through the ages from Egypt to the Incas of the present day.  The counterpart book to this is the “Brotherhood of the Magi” by the same author.  Rubies, Ascended Masters, Starseed, priests and the masculine mission of protecting the priestesses and the Codes of Light are revealed in this book. I read the “Lineage of the Codes of Light” first and was so intrigued to follow the stories of these amazing women.  But in reading the “Brotherhood of the Magi”, I am so impressed to read about how the Magi can use their love in very powerful way.  One example is how they are able to communicate with animals, etc.  I’m impressed because in terms of Ascension, we are all bringing forth working from our Heart energy instead of our intellect.  By bringing forth our heart energy, we are more aligned with Source and the Unity of All.  This book gives some excellent examples of the power and beauty of these men working from their heart energy! It models how to work from the heart  and again how powerful it is to be connected to the Unity of All.  Truly inspiring!

Both books point to how the Codes of Light and the Mission of the Magi are necessary for the upcoming Ascension of 2012.  In my knowledge of the Ascended Masters and the Divine Masculine and Feminine Rays, the Sapphire Ray reflects the Masculine Ray and the Ruby Ray reflects the Feminine.  In Jesse Ayani’s books the priestesses hold the sapphires and the priests hold the rubies.  This is perfect, as the combination of the two rays are in held in perfect harmony and balance if one  gender carries the stones, or “rays”  of the opposite gender.

The Lineage of the Codes of Light

The Brotherhood of the Magi

In the mid-80′s, I got my first clear quartz crystals.  A friend brought a large lot of Brazilian-mined clear quartz crystals.  We sat there and used our pendulums to determine which of all of those quartz crystal points were going to be the most beneficial for our work…for us and our clients’ “highest and best good”.

Through this process, I chose 22 (hmmm…a master number!) quartz crystal points, all of them Lemurian seed crystals.  It is easy to tell which crystals are Lemurian and are identified as such because they have deep striations on their shafts.  These are said to have been programmed by the ancient Lemurians.  Over the years, I have come to learn that fourteen of these points are “paired”.  In that bundle, there were also 4 small points, two double terminated points, and one “twin” crystal point (where there are two fused crystals as one point).  I consider all the quartz crystals to be of a particularly high vibration.  I consider them my “workhorses”, for they provide not only power on their own, but they serve to amplify my other crystals and gemstones.  They are easily programmable and I have programmed mine to be receiving information from the Holy Trinity, Ascended Masters and the angelic realm…all Beings of Light for our Highest and Best Good.

I have a  beautiful relationship with my crystals and have had many of them for a very long time.  Some have been given to me by my Dad when I was about 12, some people have given me; some, I feel compelled to get when I see them and some I have “quested” for.  They are all so beautiful.  I am in awe of the sheer age of these members of the mineral kingdom!

I have two larger crystals that are very special. 

One I call my Temple Beautiful crystal which I use as a “wand” of sorts…it directs energy and I think of it as directing outgoing energy, describing the spirals, circles I get as directions in my channeled readings, and just plain “powering up” the other crystals.  The other one, I call my “Channeling Crystal”.  It is a very beautiful, mysterious crystal.  It is a “recorder” meaning that it has a small pyramid shape on one of the faces.  It is said that these pyramidal shapes were programmed by the Lemurians and the information can be accessed by gently moving your fingernail over the etched part.  This particular crystal seems very extra-special to me because it has an extra tabular like configuration which I think of as an interdimensional “elevator” to take me to other dimensional realms.

Other crystals that are part of my bundle are 4 natural octahedronal fluorites, a quartz crystal sphere, a natural smoky quartz sphere, an amethyst heart, a large amethyst point, a large and small citrine point, a beautiful optical calcite, a rose quartz, kunzite, celestite, a large opal, amber, lapis lazuli, 2 tourmalines, malachite, nephirte jade, pyrite and black obsidian with red “veins”.  I have a large tumbled red jasper, a leopard agate, and some volcanic lava.

Some of the members of my healing bundle I have “found” or maybe they found me.  And that’s an interesting aside:  crystals will leave you when they’re ready or done their work with you…!  For instance, I recently bought an aquamarine obelisk I was wearing and it came out of its setting.  It didn’t totally leave so it is part of my healing bundle but I no longer need to wear it on my body.  Anyway, back to the questing…I found a beautiful piece of worn coral on the beach of St John in the Virgin Islands…it looks like a joyful baby to me and most people think it looks like a goddess. One of my friends says it looks like a “Shiela Na Gig”, an Irish, druidic fertility goddess.  I also have a coral “left ear” that I found (not even on a beach) when I was developing my clairaudience.  There are also many other little stones and pieces of wood that I have quested and mean something to me although they are not part of my healing bundle.

I also use faceted gemstones.  The faceting provides a strength to the “rays” emitted by the gems.  Although faced gemstones are small, their energies can be “amplified” by the quartz crystals.   I have sapphires, rubies, moonstones, herkimer diamonds (which I got in Herkimer, NY), rose quartz, amethysts, chalcedony (various colors and cabochon shapes), turquoise, peridots, topaz of various colors, aquamarines, carnelians, snowflake obsidian, tanzanite, sunstone, jade agates, and even cubic zirconia.  By the way, CZs emit a “peaceful” quality vs. the “perfection” emanated by diamonds.  Besides individual stones, I have tied several of the same color in netting in the full range of chakra colors.  The bundles hold more carats of the gem, certainly carry many, many facets and just practically, they won’t get lost when you place them on someone!

Recently, I have gotten some “aura” quartz, those quartz crystals which have been infused with heavy metals.

"Auras"

I usually receive “sacred geometry” in a reading.  Recently, I purchased a set of platonic solids carved from quartz.  I also got a pyramid since that is a very common form that is in the readings.  The pyramid is lead crystals but does a fine job. 

So, this is my basic healing bundle.  I think it’s important to remember that Mother Earth, Gaia, has provided us all these beautiful etheric realm “rays” in solid form.

How joyfully abundant it is to work with these jewels in my readings!!  I often think how incredible it is to live in a time when I can have these gifts.  I couldn’t be any richer than any monarch of any “Land” with their treasure troves of jewels.
